1) How does the Bien Rewards program work?
The Bien Rewards program is very simple. When you join, rewards are earned on every purchase made at any of our participating Bien Trucha Group restaurants. You’ll receive $10 for every 150 points accumulated. You’ll also have the option to opt in for a Birthday Reward!
2) How do I enroll in Bien Rewards?
Simply use the link on this page or join anytime you order! (When you place your order in person or online, you’ll be invited to join by entering your email.) Once you add your email, your rewards account will be created and the card you pay with will be linked, meaning your points will accumulate automatically every time you eat at any of our restaurants using that credit card.
3) How can I spend my reward points?
Online: when ordering online simply select "Add Rewards" at checkout to pull up your account and use your points.
In person: just tell one of our team members that you are a Bien Rewards member before paying - they will be able to look up your reward balance by swiping a linked credit card, or by entering your name, email or Bien Rewards number. If paying directly through a terminal, just select “Add Rewards” to pull up your account and use the amount of points you want.
4) Will I receive rewards for online orders?
Bien Rewards may be earned on orders placed directly through our website and/or the Toast app. No rewards points will be earned on orders placed through third party delivery services.
5) How will I receive my Birthday Rewards?
Once you have signed for Birthday Rewards through your profile, you’ll be receive an email notification before your birthday explaining how to redeem your reward.
6) Does Bien Rewards allow for one guest to use multiple credit cards or emails and accrue points in one rewards profile?
Multiple credit cards can be linked to a single Rewards Account, but only one email and one customer profile can be used.
7) Do rewards apply to catering, private events or gift card purchases?
Bien Rewards do not apply to catering, private events or gift card purchases. However, you can receive reward points when paying with a gift card.
8) Do points expire?
